What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?

At the beginning of the introduction, cooperation with Google Spreadsheets was very limited and, although good at Excel operations, it was difficult to create Google Spreadsheets. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Originally, when it was time to gather user requests into a spreadsheet, Google Script would notify an email and the person in charge would work on it, but with Google Script I was able to perform the function of creating a file, using the spreadsheet content as a trigger to create a file, and the bot to operate and work, and when finished, capture an image of the completion screen and email it. This removes the constraint of having to work when the time comes and reduces not only the hours of work but also the psychological load.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have a bot runner installed in the VM environment to operate it, but it is not stable because functions that basically should succeed (like clicking a particular button in the browser on the screen) do not succeed. There is a failure log indicating that the button was not found, but if you run it again, it will succeed, so it's not like I made a mistake when creating the bot. It would be nice if the stability here could be improved further.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Compared to client-side bot management, where bot management tends to be complicated, it is possible to manage the running state of bots with a server type, and it is relatively easy to operate not only with Excel but also with Google Spreadsheets. You can also register credentials such as IDs and passwords to log in to various services in a hidden state and use them when logging in, so even if multiple users use the registered password, other users can use it.

It has a simple UI and drags drops option. The automation assists me in making data entry work automatically rather than manually. Furthermore, email sharing in the form of batch data with only a name change is now easier to send with RPA.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like this tool for a variety of reasons. The user interface is good, friendly, and simple to use. I also like that we can record processes and convert and share them. I also appreciate its versatility in that I can use it online without having to download anything, thanks to cloud automation. Within the software, anyone can create and program bots.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some minor limitations, as I've noticed that both the community and licensed versions occasionally stop and continue to load as deploying bot. The price is also high that burdening us, therefore, I wish it would be less.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Manual processes exist in many areas, such as sending emails, and reports, creating presentations, and so on. With Automation Anywhere, we were able to automate all of these processes. Automation Anywhere is well suited for almost all types of application automation.

Automation Anywhere greatly assists us in data processing, which was previously done manually; now everything is automated, although it has reduced monotonous work, as well as solved data and document extraction problems, and drastically improved our work activities.

I was blown away by how easy it is to create bots with this tool without having to know how to code, and the visual interface is well-designed for ease of use. Automation Anywhere offers a one-of-a-kind solution that is both efficient and engaging, maintaining high automation while saving time on manual tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing I dislike about the tool is that the developer frequently has to rely on writing external vb scripts. For example, it does not provide a method for interacting with data operations. Our customer service experience was also less than satisfactory because they are completely irresponsible.
