If BambooHR is a yoga class, AEM is CrossFit. It鈥檚 not here to be soft or gentle, it鈥檚 here to deliver raw power, serious structure, and enterprise-grade content control. Our creatives call it 鈥渢he command center,鈥� and honestly, they鈥檙e not wrong.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Now, here鈥檚 something that actually makes me grin: the Digital Asset Management (DAM) integration. It鈥檚 like Dropbox met a librarian with OCD and they had a beautiful, organized child. We store brand kits, culture decks, employee headshots, and event photos, all tagged, searchable, and consistent across every touchpoint. So when marketing needs a new careers banner or a photo from last year鈥檚 agency retreat? Boom.
What do you dislike most about this product?
AEM is not light work. If you鈥檙e expecting plug-and-play, you鈥檙e gonna have a bad time. It demands commitment, good governance, and some seriously savvy admins.
