I like the way it provides reliable and efficient performance. Having financial transactional controls, automated tax handling, advanced expense management with AI, multi-entry accounting, secure bank feeds, and much more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Acumatica Cloud ERP has been serving our business in centralizing finance, operations, and customer management. It has integrated our business management with real-time visibility and analytics. Being a cloud-based ERP, it provides 24/7 access, making it more likable for us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The results sometimes vary because of its dependency on third parties for implementation and advanced customizations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Acumatica is highly customizable, being a full-fledged ERP therefore, it requires technical support a lot - make sure you have a technical team with you while setting things up.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the ability to add customizations, while still ensuring that the structure remains intact.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish there were more integrations, and better options involving things like label printing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Determine which version you want to use first, based on the feature sets. Then, do serious QA testing to see what types of cutstomizations or process changes are needed.

What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?
Acumatica's transaction volume licensing model versus user based makes it practical and affordable for everyone in the company to have access to data and reports that is not always practical under other ERP licensing models.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface is very easy to master, there is a lot of consistency between the different screens and modules.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Production module (Production Orders) is a bit basic, if you have complex manufacturing operations this may not be the best option.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Acumatica offers a good blend of capabilities and ease of use.
