What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
We use this software to keep all our client marketing in an orderly fashion and in one control panel. We can keep track of the various communication channels and perform marketing through social media, email, website and text messages, so being close to our customers is very easy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows us to perform customer segmentation for the launch of our campaigns, thus ensuring that the content of each campaign, is of interest to each customer. We can also track interactions on social networks and web pages, know the movements of users, the most visited sections and the number of clicks in each section.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Their mobile app doesn't have all the tools I would like, it would be great if they could add all the features of the web version, thus streamlining the work outside the office. Their templates for posts and marketing campaigns are not so modern and current anymore, I would like that in the next update they include more trendy templates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We use ActiveCampaign every day. We send our email newsletter to our customers. We also send a weekly newsletter and tracking our email open rates is very important for our business. In addition, we also use the split test option to send emails with better open rates. The automation part is very simple and we usually use it to automate many steps that used to be done manually.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
- The interface is intuitive. On the upside section, there are tabs such as Create a List, Create Campaign, Import Contacts, and Create Automation. For every tab clicked on, its details will be displayed in the center of the screen; - The pricing is very straightforward: In the pricing tab, we can display the yearly or the monthly plan by checking or unchecking the yearly billed button. We can also drag the Contacts button to choose the number of client contacts that our business has; - The automation system is effective. I essentially like the 鈥淎dd a start trigger鈥 function that enables launching automatically a reaction to an action.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The effectiveness of the automation system is what I like the most about this product. When creating new automation, it is possible to choose amongst the variety of templates available or import other templates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
- For a better experience, It would be great to improve the report section. The ergonomy that it offers is too basic for data analysis; - The Customer support could be more reactive to respond to our queries faster.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the product for people who want to strengthen email marketing, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and the marketing automation tools of their business into a well-synchronized system. I confidently recommend this product for both small, mid, and big businesses.
