ActiveCampaign is quite easy to use. It doesn't take long to become comfortable with the system and how everything operates. Custom fields, custom automations, custom pipelines, etc. are all very simple to implement. Nearly any piece of software may be integrated, either natively or through Zapier, which is another wonderful feature of the accessible connectors. The connections for integration are dependable and simple to set up. When compared to comparable applications, the pricing is also fairly fair considering the range of capabilities you get. What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We are able to provide highly effective email marketing with ActiveCampaign, which works perfectly with their CRM system. Overall, by tracking where everyone is in the pipeline, what they've engaged with, if they are worth pursuing, and other information, we can optimise our interactions with leads and clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When compared to more comprehensive software like HubSpot or Zoho, larger corporate companies may find the feature set to be a little bit limiting. I think ActiveCampaign is aware of this because they expressly mention small- to medium-sized enterprises in some of their messaging. Additionally, it occasionally takes 15 to 30 seconds to load and save changes. It would be good if things got better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The capabilities of ActiveCampaign are vast. After using it for a while, I now rate this item even higher than I did a few months ago. Both campaigns and automations were produced by me. The smooth operations are appealing.

Add stages and custom fields, view a history and have access to calls, meetings, mails, and notes associated with each contact, share deal updates on achievements and sales; you can generate quality leads for the funnel with custom online forms ready to place on your website, it's the kind of software that just works, real-time reports show your sales reps and sales managers what privileged business progress.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When there are a lot of deals in progress, it is often visually exhausting to pull out the most important deals, support is limited for small accounts. There are certain plans that offer chat and phone support, but for us as a small business, having limited email support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Create and send customizable email campaigns with professional templates, built to get more clicks. Centralize all confirmation evolution by sending trackable quotes, proposals and contracts from within ActiveCampaign. You should know that you can identify which organizations are browsing your website, for how long, how they found you and what they find entertaining. Automatic reminders and tracking increase productivity.
