What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
The drag and drop feature when creating email campaigns was the selling point for us. It's made things stupid simple and anyone in our organization is capable of creating campaigns easily.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Like I said before, the drag and drop campaign builder is fantastic. It also integrates in our website seamlessly and has made moving deals through our pipeline efficient and easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The website builder. It's pretty bad and simple. Ok if you maybe want to create a landing page, but beyond that I wouldn't use it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Really think about the capabilities of your team. If you want something anyone can pick up really quickly, this is your product. If you need to segment easily, this is your product. If you want to move deals through a pipeline easily, again this is your product. If you're looking for super fancy, can do everything from CRM to Website building, keep looking. But this is a great tool for it's price point.

What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest negative point of this program and that should be known, is that this software is among the most expensive marketing automation programs, the cost of this program is very high compared to most programs of this style, on the other part, it seems very strange to me that web pages cannot be created with this program, normally these programs offer this service.

It is worth making an investment to acquire this program, since the maximum mission of this program is to make a solid connection with all your clients and in all your market, this program is intuitive enough to execute multiple processes autonomously and increase the proactivity of its users, I recommend ActiveCampaign for all types of companies that wish to increase business relationships in the cloud.
