What differentiates Zuora CPQ from other similar products?

ZUORA CPQ tends to be a cheaper alternative for us compared to other CPQ tool like Salesforce CPQ. Not to forget if you have Zuora Billing software in your company then the integration becomes seamless between quotes to invoicing

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hassle free integration within ZUORA ecosystem, Easy to use, and cheaper yet effective

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would say the functionality outside Zuora Ecosystem, we literally have to export data to ERP manually every week. Automation is still in discussion but it鈥檚 costly as of now

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are an owner of company and want to sell product catalogue of 2 or 3 types then it鈥檚 a perfect tool for you.

Creating invoice and quoting templates can be tiresome

Great product, but may need some custom work to move journal entries to your financial system.

What differentiates Zuora CPQ from other similar products?

1) Zuora CPQ is cheaper to it鈥檚 competitors like Salesforce CPQ. 2) Zuora CPQ is best accounting service tool for SMB market. 3) Zuora CPQ have reporting and analytics abilities like time dilation revenue report & payment鈥檚 report.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1) Easy to use and a friendly UI 2) Based on cloud which make it faster 3) Easy end user setup & new SKU鈥檚 setup. 4) As an accountant zuora has always been an upgrading knowledge basis tool for extra activities like automation of ledgers and reporting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1) Zuora CPQ is not a complete ERP, in end business system team export tue data to the main ERP at month end. 2) Currently there innovation has limited & the integration capabilities are still very less. 3) If there is some mismatch, reconciliation can take days to fix.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just go for the accounting/ billing service tool if your product line is 2 or 3 product.
