Powerful option for document management

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?
ZohoDocs is a powerful tool that stands out because it optimizes work in the office, creating greater collective work, competitiveness, performance and productivity. We use it for document review and people can modify the document at the same time. It allows to develop collaborative work effectively. It has been ideal for document management in our organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its configuration is very easy and fast. It can be integrated with cloud services such as Dropbox. The ZohoWriter module has an excellent built-in grammar checker. It's easy to share documents with other people in your organization. Another feature of ZohoDocs that I like is the option to upload compressed files and unzip them. It integrates seamlessly with all Zoho products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
ZohoDocs has become a very effective option for the company. The only downside is that in the spreadsheet, the formulas don't have all the options compared to other similar software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend using ZohoDocs for the efficient features it provides. Makes it possible to have an excellent opportunity to collaborate with your team.

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?
Zoho Docs is a very robust system for content management. I found it fairly intuitive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to have different user accounts was my favorite aspect. If there was ever turnover, you only had to remove the user or change the password.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think Zoho Docs would have appealed to me more if it were a prettier platform. It really just looks like you're messing around with folders and documents on a server.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a robust way to share documents and have them password protected, then this is a good platform for that. Beware, it won't look pretty, though.
