What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?
Integrates with other software products. The feature set is remarkable. It is cost-effective. There is a free tier available. It is easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform provides security protocols to give security to the files created, shared, and edited on the platform. There is cloud storage provided ranging from 1GB to 25GB. Desktop synchronization. The platform offers great analytics that gives comprehensive audit trails. Zoho Docs offers online collaboration. It can store any format files. The e-signature feature is a great addition.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is not a thing i have come to dislike about this platform, i love that it has focused on giving great security as this was our most coveted feature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Docs is a top-rated document management system. It has given us all the tools and features we needed for managing files and documents in our organization. The feature set is great, allows us to create, edit and share documents and even collaborate on the platform. It also has great cloud storage which is a great plus. I highly recommend Zoho Docs.

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?
Zoho Docs offer a smart online platform to manage and store docs securely. Online admin control over the file is a very useful feature that uses frequently. It facilitates my team to synchronize on docs over the latest updates. It's simple to manage. It鈥檚 very manageable to transfer your documents on Zoho doc; I can store everything within the same location and might access it from any device and where I want. Generally, we鈥檝e got to log in from an unwanted place, however, because of Zoho docs, we have our files with us every time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho Docs is a terribly powerful and economical tool to manage my documents comprehensively. I love that I will seamlessly edit a document and store it for later use. The flexibility and the on-fly saving have really created my work life very easy. I even have used the Zoho suite for a decent quantity of time. And that I can personally vouch for the domain-specific mailbox that they offer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be a bit buggy and slow at times. Server maintenance will be occurring often which can place an impact on productivity. There鈥檚 no extension or device support like Google Docs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I extremely advocate everybody to use Zoho docs as it is handy, simple to access, it鈥檚 a helpful package for everyone, and it provides you the flexibility to work from anywhere.
