The most effective factor I prefer regarding this platform is that it鈥檚 integrated with the Zoho one. Because it is a web-based platform it can be accessed anyplace on any kind of device, so it eliminates the device dependency if you鈥檙e going somewhere. I prefer that it accepts all types of file formats and it also can convert the files if we want to store them as per the Zoho file system it鈥檒l then convert HTML files to text files. They also have a windows application that builds syncing even quicker as we can directly store our files and backups in that application. We can also make a folder to prepare our documents here.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best factor regarding Zoho resides in one single echo system. You don't need to switch between multiple applications to complete your daily tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the foremost critical areas that have to monitor is cloud storage as a function of time. The structure needs modification and thus, the incremental plans for Docs are often improved. The desktop app isn鈥檛 that user-friendly. Plenty of enhancements can be more seamless. There鈥檚 some scope for interface improvements as well. Additional choices for folder style and configurations are smart to have.

I鈥檇 suggest this tool if you鈥檙e using different Zoho Services if you are not using Zoho services then there are other tools on the market within the marketplace for the same purpose which is more efficient.

The integrations with other Zoho apps is quite handy. Also the different file formats supported by Zoho docs is quite impressive

I like the way how easy it is to share the document access amomg team mates. Also Zoho docs supports offline syncing which is useful during non availabilty of internet

Apart from zoho apps, the integrations with other 3rd party applications is quite limited

This is a very good, reliable and cheap alternative to other costly players in the market. I would surely suggest this and recommend users to try it out atleast once

Zoho Docs is a program that has many functions and is easy to use, it is better than other programs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In my opinion, the fact that Zoho Docs is part of the Zoho set of applications makes it easy to access all of the other Zoho products from a single location online. Using Zoho Docs, I and my coworkers can exchange and collaborate on papers in a simple and effective manner. Chatting and leaving notes in Zoho Docs about modifications or ideas is possible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This isn't an awful tool, but it doesn't compare to other popular text-collaboration apps I've used. However, there have been some rookie users who have had difficulty connecting and sharing with it.

In my opinion, Zoho Docs is a fantastic business tool that may benefit any company. Document sharing and creation are essential to many organizations, and Zoho Docs is designed to ease the most important tasks involved in those operations.
