ZOHO Docs - A helpful hand!

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?
Zoho docs is one of Zoho's best applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho payroll, etc. It allows us to access all of our official documents and we can even use this for editing or making changes quickly on the cloud. Zoho Docs is flexible with many tools to collaborate in a team and share files securely. All docs are edited with auto sync to multi-devices, multilingual option.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Interface is intuitive, Cloud sync works well. Easy to share the docs with an internal team. It's a great platform to organize your work documents and notes. It keeps them handy so you can easily look back on them when needed. Zoho docs is the application where all the confidential documents of candidates whose applying for the job opportunities or the present employee of the organization can be kept in a safe place without any hassle or fear of losing them
What do you dislike most about this product?
The most annoying thing about this tool is that sometimes it justs freezes. When we need to download files from the cloud, it puts them into zip files and sometimes that doesn't work with larger files. The amount of storage provided per user should be increased slightly as it incurs a little extra cost.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Everything comes with some pros and cons. For ZOHO Docs one thing is for sure, the advantages are in abundance and in a way that the disadvantages can be ignored.

It's an awesome product. If one is really looking to organize their documents and cool features like collaboration and version control must try.

Zoho Docs has got many awesome features. It is being used a common doc sharing platform for the full team. Its being used as a central knowledge base repository for us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a very secure platform to keep all our architecture diagrams & very easy to use for all the team members.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing as such to be disliked about this product in my experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would strongly recommend to use Zoho Docs considering any parameter.
