What differentiates Zoho Recruit from other similar products?
The ''integrate with your inbox'' feature allows me to seamlessly integrate my email address with Zoho Recruit and receive and send all the emails from Zoho Recruit itself.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Managing job ads, candidates, and application forms from a single user-friendly and intuitive interface. Formatting dozens of resumes in just a few seconds.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They could be more proactive and fast with their replies. Sometimes its annoying and stressful to wait for a few hours when I really need help from the support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
What is great about switching to Zoho Recruit is that you will never be confused and overwhelmed when using it. Navigation through the software is straightforward and information is presented in a scannable manner to save time spent per tab.

Incase I close the modal data accidentally without saving, the interview feedback data will be lost.

It's a feature rich recruiting software, it streamlines the selection process and helps us make the right decision, the ability to quickly contact a candidate we had previously contacted is excellent, it has a good database, good integration and better results than similar programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how reliable Zoho Recruit is, because the selection process is done with complete transparency, it is a very customizable software, very easy to use, and it allows us to obtain the candidate we are looking for at that moment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far no failures, choosing the perfect candidate has been very easy, we have had a phenomenal experience with Zoho Recruit.

It is a perfect software for small and medium-sized companies, it streamlines the process of selecting new personnel and with great customization power. It is a software that every Human Resources department must have.
