What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?
It鈥檚 fairly easy to use and quite intuitive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Has all features under one platform - from payroll tracking to attendance to performance management, so is an all in one and reliable tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Overall UX can be confusing at first, on onboarding features can be improved and support can be better!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Pretty trustworthy tool; you won鈥檛 be disappointed .

What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?
I have used Freshworks solutions as well as iCims. Zoho has a much better and interactive UI compared to it's competitors. In addition, the support post sales is also amazing. Overall, its a great tool for growing companies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Multiple features and ease of use
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoho expense does give troubles at times for my time during travel expenses claims

What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?
I will surely give brownie points to pricing along with the quality of UI and ease of use. The regularisation feature can be enhanced to not over lap existing entries. Other features work perfectly fine and even the regularisation feature is up to the mark with industry but can be improved.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Location and IP security, as well as workflows for applying leaves, accessing documents and other parity services are quite smooth, they also have single tap login and two factors authentication from mobile app. It鈥檚 very user friendly on both mobile and desktop.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Scalability in the sense of adding additional roles in the hierarchy, any growing company will need flexibility in the this feature to easily modify ever changing organisational structure
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Fits the budget and smoothly does all the required work for an HR software. Easy to use, good UI/UX and good support.
