What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

Easy to access, Easy to learn, Simple and easy to understand UI, Quick loading, Excellent customer support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Team, leave and attendance management, Easy to onboard new employee. Holiday reminders, Task management, Quick team reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such, but the starting deployement was bit complex.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. Not much expensive, Easy to use, understand.

What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

The User interface. It's very attractive and easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Attendance, leave tracker, organisation hierarchy etc. These aspects were pretty attractive and easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes handling this portal was confusing because it had way too many features although it's not necessarily a bad thing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. It's the best HRM management tool ever.
