Honestly I have used the two applications for crm till now I will say the kind of people management and specialy the status management is it's unique features.

Dislike is timesheet management feature should be redesigned

The platform navigates the user for setup and help with the steps required for account configuration. Its easier One of the best feature of this platform is to track the timings for which employee came to workplace bythe HR team. Also its a great data management tool whichstore end to end data of the staff which is accesibe by the management for any requirement. Timings tracking is useful for Payroll team.

Tracking of working hours, leaves and holidays of Staff is good feature of this platform which enable the team to access employee data for any requireemnt. Also task assignment and tracking the delivery time helps the business to work efficiently.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The plaotform works fine and as of now ni issues has benn dixcovered by the team.

Zoho People help the management team to have the entire data of the employee at one place and wheneverrequired the data can be accessed. Also its a great tool to manage worjk assignment, leaves and holidays.
