What differentiates Zoho Assist from other similar products?

This program is a cloud-based solution that allows us to have remote control of each of our company's systems. This program has incredible qualities and functions that make it easy for us to control and manage all the computers that are used for company projects, Zoho Assist is a fantastic program that allows us to have assistance and be a support for the operation of my work, in addition to having a direct and immediate interaction with each of the workers who control these machines by means of voy and video chats.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I am very happy to have the help of this program, since it is possible that this is more practical and efficient to carry out the control and administration of technicians very satisfactorily, Zoho Assist is a program that has a long list of options to offer us the most complete work development, among my favorites are the possibilities of remotely assisting my entire system as well as the transfer of the multiple files of our work, that is to say that with the help of this program the productivity of my work does not stop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that this program is based on the cloud implies having a good internet so that it can be used without any problem, otherwise the program will not run its best version, what I mean is that the program can be very slow and it belies if the internet flow is not constant enough to respond to the demand for the software, the dependency is very high and even somewhat annoying, since it is not possible to enjoy its functions when there are no difficulties with the network.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Assist is one of the programs that will allow you to have a really complete connection with each of your company's computers. It becomes easier to manage through this means when a program offers you the ability to have live chats and recordings of this , as well as the inclusion of assistance, administrators and IT technical support, this program is one hundred percent recommended.

What differentiates Zoho Assist from other similar products?

Zoho assist is a great remote access software which has helped my organization to cope up the difficulties of work from home. Easy to use dashboard, high level connectivity, and unattended access are the best features. Other competitor products lack this features by some extent and are therefore unable to provide the right balance between features and connectivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite aspects are easy connectivity with the client server when accessed remotely. It gives uninterrupted access when unattended and there is no need to create multiple logins every time. Easy file sharing with the team and across cross function verticals. It syncs very well with other products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customer support provided is very slow and takes a while to reach. Sometimes there is a connection issue and it is hard to share screen with low internet bandwidth. It doesn't have any social media connectivity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Excellent product to subscribe. It serves wide range of organization from small to large organizations. All needs are fulfilled. Features are excellent and does great work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the unattended remote access feature which is highly reliable and easy to deploy across multiple endpoints, even in low-bandwidth environments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

REPORTING CAPABILITIES: As an IT support professional managing remote sessions across multiple endpoints and users, the reporting capabilities in Zoho Assist fall short in a few key areas. While the platform provides basic session logs, activity tracking, and technician summaries, the dashboard lacks the depth and flexibility needed for organizations that rely on data-driven performance monitoring. For instance, custom report generation is limited. There's no built-in support for filtering by session type (attended vs unattended), session duration trends, success/failure rates, or detailed breakdown per technician beyond basic totals.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For someone considering this product, I would recommend you ensure you evaluate the unattended access needs and confirm integration requirements ahead of deployment for smooth implementation.
