It is easy to use. It has a wide community support. It is easy to set up and maintain. Wordpress.com integrates seamlessly with other platforms. It is also free.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to set up and has thousands of responisve theme to choose from. It is easy to maintain and integrates well with other platforms. It supports to all types of media types such as videos,images etc. It also has a robust knowledge base and support is easily accessible. The user interface is intuitive and straightforward. No coding when building website simply drag and drop elements. It is simple to organize content.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Installing updates affects websites and forced to use the older version.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Wordpress.com is the best for building professional looking websites and easy to use and maintain.No code is required to build your website and the has a user-friendly content management system.

There is no other CMS like Wordpress. Wordpress is highly and well supported by a community of web designers and third party plugin/theme creators. There is a reason 35% of the internet is built on this platform.

The ease of use and ability to customize.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Maybe you could say that to build a good website, you almost need to use some third-party tools. But that is also what is amazing about Wordpress.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You need to know what you are doing to build and maintain a website. It is easy to learn, but if you don't know what you are doing, you can easily kill the whole website. I always recommend, if you don't know what you are doing, hire a professional. Especially when it comes to maintenance (backups, security, core/theme/plugin updates).
