Tuvimos muchos problemas con la configuraci贸n de usuarios y la respuesta del equipo de soporte telef贸nico. Dichos problemas han ido mejorando durante la prestaci贸n del servicio, actualmente ya no contamos con problemas recurrentes de ese tipo.

Mi recomendaci贸n ser铆a evaluar la relaci贸n costo - efectividad de la herramienta. Adicional a ello, se puede ver que la herramienta puede desarrollar muchas funcionalidades a medida de cada cliente, sin que ello represente costos adicionales.
