Easy to customize and create your own hierarchie

What do you dislike most about this product?

UI in EPIM 4 is not so special but in EPIM 5 it would be better

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Better use a Standard PIM Software like ViaMedici instead of doing your self development in other systems
