What differentiates Venmo for Business from other similar products?
This system is the simplest for collecting all types of electronic payments, including major credit cards and ACH. It also has good integrations for local and online apps to collect payments within your existing systems relatively seamlessly. Our company has been using venmo for more than 13 years. Our search for a payment processing solution ended when we found venmo. It allows payment scheduling, which is a much-needed feature for us. It simply met all of our needs in handling our payment related services.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The experience as a whole has been excellent. The ability to send invoices, post a link on my site for people to pay, and collect payments myself by credit card and ACH has helped me grow my productivity and my business. Also, the staff has remained helpful since the beginning. Approval was quick and simple, and when I wanted higher ACH limits and lower credit card processing fees, my requests were handled immediately.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For a few years now, I have been requesting the ability to include it as a quote, not just an invoice. They say it's the works, but I haven't seen it yet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Once you enter the live account setup process with venmo, you should be provided with a summary of all these additional fees. However, I think the initial ad transparency could be improved with just a few simple tweaks to the site. I still find the selling experience with venmo to be pretty straightforward and generally better than average. Just make sure you understand that a tiered pricing structure has more than one fee and that Venmo will set up a merchant account for you with a third party.

What differentiates Venmo for Business from other similar products?
Venmo for business make collecting payment for a business owner really simple without tons of fees. It's less formal than Stripe for example but is much better than cash or paypal.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use does it for me! Especially because I'm so familiar with it on the personal side of things.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not a full blown payment processing system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great starting point POS set up. I think people should avoid using cash and track payments if they're in the small business space. It'll help you get ahead in the end. Venmo business helps you do that.

What differentiates Venmo for Business from other similar products?
The user interface is very intuitive and it is very easy to manipulate the content so that the other person pays you from anywhere they are very easy since they do not have to have your bank details for the other person to pay you in my opinion, the best part is their customer service. Whenever I hit a bump in the road, I would simply call customer service and an agent could guide me. I know it was my first day and my first experience with your customer service, but my mother also told me "if your relationship (business or personal) starts badly, it will most likely end badly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, I called on the first day of using this product and the customer service was excellent I have shopped quite a bit and have yet to find any card processing companies offering lower or more comprehensive fees we have used software mobile in the past, while the other software works fine.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A little harder to navigate until you get used to it. It doesn't offer same-day financing like most other mobile apps.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
On the rare occasions that my staff or I have had to call customer service, we had a short wait to speak to a live person, and our issue was always easily fixed. I also appreciate that venmo customer service has always been careful not to share my personal information with my staff.
