They are extremely quick with support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Timesheet usage and expense management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customization is not that great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

They have a lot of features that work great for medium and small size businesses and speaking to a sales consultant will definitely put your mind at ease
