What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?
The tidio software comes with different ways to connect with customers like you can install the live chat widget on the website, integrate cusom support email and connect the social media accounts to gather all messages in one tidio panel at the free cost without restriction unlike other tools which does not have free version
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I do like the live chat widget, it is easy to install on the website and to customise the chat color to match our brand, and like the AI chatbot with custom templates to answer customer questions in real time
What do you dislike most about this product?
They will charge extra cost for the Addon to remove the branding of the powered by tidio from the widget and the mobile application sometimes fails to deliver the notifications which leads to us to miss some chats
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
it is a good software which even gives free 5 seats in the free mode of the software

Moreover, all features are working well and giving reliable services.
