What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

The application comes highly recommended by me due to the fact that it is simple to operate and contains a lot of different functions. The creators of this program have said that they do not care about making money, and it is heartening to see that there are still some individuals who are willing to give their expertise.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tidio's chatbot templates are top notch. The majority of my customers have the option to modify the conversations in an automated fashion to better fit their needs. Cost-effectively attracting new clients and contacts is a major priority for many small businesses in the area, and this strategy can help them do just that.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be great if there was a mechanism to convert conversations into text. Customers may receive responses through chat at any time, without having to remain on the webchat. Customer chats are sent to their cell phones when they enter their phone number and email address. While Podium is capable of this, it comes at a high cost that may prevent you from purchasing it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

Nice interface, very simple to set up. There are a lot of templates which help to make scenario according to your objectives and save your time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the user inteface and all the possibilities you have. You can add some emoji in your messages

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not so many things. Unfortunately, because of our pricing plan, our chatbot is limited to 100 visitors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Put the chatbots on specific pages. Credits can leave very fast
