What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?
Nice interface, very simple to set up. There are a lot of templates which help to make scenario according to your objectives and save your time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the user inteface and all the possibilities you have. You can add some emoji in your messages
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not so many things. Unfortunately, because of our pricing plan, our chatbot is limited to 100 visitors.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Put the chatbots on specific pages. Credits can leave very fast

What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?
This software is different than others in that it provides excellent customer support, has a lightning-fast response time, and never fails to come up with answers to my problems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
By using Tidio, my staff and I are able to have more effective conversations with our clientele. In our case, the advanced plan is a total game-changer, but even the free one is sufficient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My only real complaint with Tidio is that it doesn't provide a queue so that customers can see where they stand in line to speak to our operators. To my mind, that is the sole thing still wanting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This tool comes highly recommended from me due to its user-friendliness as well as its extensive feature set.
