Having multiple contact formats such as phone, email, web form and chat allows visitors to communicate through the channel they are most comfortable with, allowing less traffic to escape.

A built-in call tracking module would be great. It also helps to handle difficult customers, which would not be possible by mail.

There is a lot of helpful documentation. There's an iOS and Android app for users on the go and built-in integrations with CRM and other third-party apps, along with a Zapier API that can connect to virtually any other third-party app. Tidio is compatible with mobile, Windows, iSO and Mac devices so you can always communicate with your customers without compatibility issues.
