What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?

Mainly we feel that MalwareBytes can do a better job at protecting us than competing software. As well, the sales people are wiling to work with us to work out an agreement that we can both be comfortable with.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Centralized view of all endpoints and the ability to see detections and what type they are. Also the feeling of being protected against Ransomware is really the key aspect that we need to rely on and have faith in.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Like any product, you can't easily test to see if it will in fact catch any infections that might come through.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

MalwareBytes Endpoint Protection and Response is easy to install, easy to manage and gives a really good view of all endpoints including allowing you to trigger a scan at any time.
