What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
In my experience using this EDR, it stands out for its fast response to a wide range of unwanted guests such as Trojans, ransomware, viruses, backdoors, among others. It has a very useful blog with valuable information. Technical support service. Automated disinfection.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use. Fast and reliable effective detection. Malicious/Malware site blocking. Installing Malwarebytes removed infected endpoints that the previous solution we applied had not cleaned up, I realized I had found the ideal EDR. This software protects and ensures the security of data (employees, customers, etc.). Overall this tool is very flexible for the IT department and the least tedious possible to use for end users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very sporadically there are false positives but this is actually normal for this type of product. I have not had any serious problems fortunately.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a solid tool for any kind of attacks. In terms of protection I fully recommend it. In terms of quality/price ratio I also find the annual billing of the product convenient, it is not really expensive.
