What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
We looked at several products and the deciding factor (outside or previous experience with MalwareBytes) was the ransomware protection. In addition, when I have had questions, their support team was able to answer all my questions quickly and thouroughly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The cloud management allows me to see the entire deployment at a glance. In a single pane of glass, I can see all detections without having to go to individual computers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I occasionally have a PC that after being installed will stop scanning and/or reporting to the cloud console. Usually, a reboot fixes the issue but every once in a while, it requires completely removing the product and reinstalling.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They allowed a 30 day full access trial. It allowed us to test deployment, features and support. I would recommend going that route and just make sure that it has the features and services that you are looking for.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy
- Efficient Service
