What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
Malwarebytes is on top of the game in the field and have been around for a long time which played a big role in us selecting them. Love all the features and consistent updates that are provided. Dashboard is easy to use and navigate!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I think the list of features is our favorite and there is no shortage of updates that are being pushed to the EDR.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reports could use some work and being able to add more custom fields, that is something we are working on and hoping to get some progress on.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The people at Malwarebytes are super friendly and will take care of you during deployment. It may seems like it is a lot but most in house IT teams will be able to handle it and should! Definitely worth the investment for a piece of mind your company will get!

easy to deploy and great cloud dashboard with analytics. Low on resources on end user endpoint device

the policy and unable to deploy via web properly with licensing control

Easy to use and great to deploy, however need to ensure you have minimum devices in order to sustain as a bit costly for low end consumption devices.
