What differentiates TestRail from other similar products?

Test rail has many features to run and manage the test cases in detail and we can easily integrate it with JIRA

Management of test cases and JIRA integration

What differentiates TestRail from other similar products?

The cost makes it very different from other products, and the simplicity of its functions

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like is that you can use different testing methods, such as functional, exploratory and automated. All of these with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike is that there is no native app for smartphones

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although the web version is adaptive, a native application for smartphones is necessary. And in addition to customizing the script to run the tests

What differentiates TestRail from other similar products?

We can easily add multiple test results for using mass action button on the test run page.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Milestones are a great way to track test runs in every environment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface seems to be a bit confusing type for the new user, it requires basic training.
