Not a lot really; it's a very basic solution

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of setup and usage

What do you dislike most about this product?

Too simple. Does not provide much in the way of reporting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

really try it out and stack it up against other tools like XRay for Jira, Zephyr, Smartbear

Awesome, easy and integrate with Jira

What differentiates TestRail from other similar products?

TestRail is the one you must choose for quick start. Very easy to use, every configuration are easy to implement and it has a great Jira integration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Quick and easy use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not having a read-only access for Jira Integration. Developers should be able to see tests in Jira but only subscribed people should be allowed to edit. Now everyone must have a license to see information in Jira.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This can't be the wrong answer if you want to start from nothing. Quick and easy to start with!
