Extremely intuitive interface which makes it very easy to use within the company for all our employees. It is ideal for communicating with clients and associates in other countries, keeping them up to date with operations and offers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Being a relatively new software, many of our customers are still not familiar with it and prefer to use other means of communication, but over time it will gain momentum in the market. To get all the functions that are very useful you have to pay, but it is worth it. The interface, despite being very fluid and simple, we believe that it should have a renovation in order to look much more modern than it does today. Sometimes the tool works when trying to hang up a call.
