What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Constant updates, and new enhancements. Service responds almost immediately.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Haven't found anything yet.

There is a slight learning curve to the product but luckily there are many recourses online to help you along.

What differentiates TeamDynamix Sassafras from other similar products?
The exceptional customer service we receive is one of the many highlights we as higher education organization admire about the sassafras.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to track inventory and software usage is one of the best parts. Also having the ability to keep each part of sassafras delegated to different areas within our organization. We have also liked the ability to create custom import scripts within our Jira. Jamf, and Intune environment which helps us keep inventory organized for when reporting is needed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We do find it it difficult to sometimes to train people between the web interface and key configure admin portal. Since they are very different in how they look and function. However, we mostly stick to the web interface as it has all the function people need,
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If someone is looking for a tool for asset management and have the time to really customize it to best fit there environment this would most probably be best product for them
