The price is a big factor. The price is premium.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It prevents data loss at any level. With Symantec DLP in your technology eco-system, you are covered from unnecessary costly errors. Symantec Data Loss Prevention is also flexible as it offers on-premise and cloud deployment architecture. It also provides multiple data filtering and classifications method to ensure that important data can be protected well. It protects wide areas of data transferring across networks, endpoints and the cloud.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Services post-Broadcom Acquisition. The service from Broadcom is not good.

The product meets the business need for data loss prevention at all levels.

Compared to other vendor its matured dlp product in current market. New vendors in market are good at only features but at enterprise level its Symantec makes it possible to run the show smoothly.

Policy creation, incident management, dash board, schedule reports. Ease of integration

Continues release of version in every quarter

Is capable to be extended to the cloud. Includes a network discover engine to find data scanning shared folders and other resources.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Can works together with Symantec Endpoint to determine the risk level for a new application, also the machine learning logarithm is so efficient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The endpoint agent has a high performance consumption while using on low resources workstations.
