What differentiates SurveySparrow from other similar products?

SurveySparrow is more than just a survey software in that it can perform other function such as employee management. No other competitor can handle this.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

While it is very resourceful, I like that using this software is easy The software is affordable despite offering many features It makes it easy to carry surveys as well as manage survey data

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no single dislikes. I find the tool very resourceful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With this software, I recommend it because it makes many business processes easy and not just surveys. It is also affordable which is a plus.

What differentiates SurveySparrow from other similar products?

Using chatbot surveys, easy to use, surveys design & UX.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Survey API integration and automation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The data collected is not well structured (columns name, closed answers coding...), and there are some questions type limitation when using chatbots instead of classic surveys.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend SurveySparrow to anyone who wants to power up his experience management. It incorporates many excellent features (Surveys, automation, insights...).
