The availability for everyone and how straight forward the product is.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's not easy to implement aspects that aren't part of the "standard" package.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have enough people who drive the roll-out of the product and who can contribute a substantial amount of time.

App - connecting employees back to the company, department and their on-the-job peers.

I truly can say I do not dislike anything!
