What differentiates Sprinklr Social from other similar products?
I like that it is great for enterprises that might want to suggest content to other areas of the company. Hootsuite does not have a good way to do this.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the suggestions feature. It saves me a lot of time finding content.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be a lot to learn at first since there are so many modules. After you figure out which ones you REALLY need, it's much easier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go through trainings to see if you need software at this level. It can do a ton of things, but you may not need all of them. Do a list of all of the things you need first, then find the solution that fits those.

My favourite aspect of this product is its unified platform for managing customer interactions across multiple channels, all in one place. It saves a ton of time and effort by centralizing everything from social media management to customer service, making it easier for teams to keep track of conversations and respond quickly
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I find most challenging about Sprinklr is its complex user interface (UI). While it's powerful, the platform can feel overwhelming at times, especially for new users or smaller teams. In terms of pricing, Sprinklr is on the higher end, which makes sense given its enterprise-level capabilities, but it might be prohibitive for smaller businesses or teams.
