No need for tutorials. I was able to figure out what I needed on my own.

Simplicity to add a new account.

That I cannot run a report that includes accounts with contacts and emails

What differentiates Spotler CRM from other similar products?

The ability to customize the platform to suit your professional needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the accounts. Users have the ability to store mass amounts of information pertaining to a specific client in one place while maintaining organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my industry, multiple retail locations will share one buyer. This platform allows the ability to link accounts but this can be tedious and time costly. I wish there was a better way to intergrade multiple accounts with single buyer with the actions you have preformed. One way we could adjust this is to have the ability to link multiple accounts to a single task. Thus the one task will be shown on multiple accounts

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Work with your onboarding team to establish all aspects of this platform. There are many features a user could miss, simply because they are unaware. The RSS team is great at providing recommendations to adjust the platform to better suit your needs!
