What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Ability to ask for cell population from the application itself and it is great that you can send reminders for users to fill a cell if they go past a duedate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automated reminders to users to fill in forms/cell/etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No way to create tabs in a file, instead, we have to create a separate file.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would get it!
