It is easy to use and eliminates repetitve tasks. Smartsheet has provided transaprency in ways we have never seen before. Smart desiscions are made based on relal time data from its reporting feature and we are not planning to switch to another tool.

My favourit thing is being able to assign tasks, keep track of the progress of each project and accessing information all underr one igle platform. We have seen increased speed in delivery of projects and we are now more orgnized than ever. Smartsheet has revolutionized our project management work. Accuracy is another thing we have achieved with Smartsheet. With auomation in place we can deliver projects with minimal errorrs and also eliminate repetitive tasks. We have alo seen increased effeciency in team work and it has moved our business into the direction we were aiming at.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface looks outdated and requires to be improved to look more modern. Other than this it has been of great help to our business and transformed how we do busness.
