What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

SmartSheet is a program that allows you to create a smartsheet Unlike ClickUp, which caters to teams who want to work smarter and more efficiently on a masterfully intuitive platform, Smartsheet's intuitive online project management application is widely used by all organizations to monitor and manage various types of work for teams large and small, from large companies to SMBs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet allows anyone to manage a project. It's simple to assign tasks, track progress, share documents, and convey information to your teammates (link to a document or attach an image, etc.). The whiteboard/team alerts are really useful, since they eliminate the need to send emails back and forth between participants. Advanced scheduling capabilities enable me to construct work plans that correspond to the schedules of my team, which I find really beneficial (eliminate holidays, days the office is closed, etc.). The most important characteristics of Smartsheet are its customization and data input capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that you can only download the regular view irritates me. As a fan of Smartsheet's grantt view for visualizing processes, having that option in the Excel download would be fantastic! Due of a lack of user timelines, guest papers, and other resources, these resources cannot be used in sheets. Connect to Google Calendar and arrange events on the calendar rather than the entire day.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out first; they provide a two-week trial period, and you can get a lot of value out of it in that time. Also, Smartsheet works best when combined with other productivity tools like Trello, Jira, Podio, and so on. Smartsheet isn't the only productivity or project management tool you'll need, but it's one of the best.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Smartsheet has been quite helpful in tracking the perfomance of our sales campaigns. It helps teams to collaborate better in projects towards achieving a common goal

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very convenient and has an intuitive UI. It encourages accountability and transparency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some functions fail to automate and require manual action.

It is the best for managing campaigns, projects and portfolios
