Its integration with third-party applications has helped us to distribute information with ease. In addition, it offers robust security that keeps all data protected from theft or hacking. It offers robust reports that give greater visibility and help in making of decisions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the product is the transparency it offers for all our projects. We can share and view the information in ways we have never imagined before. All our teams are working and collaborating in real-time and we have seen an increase in productivity. Smartsheet is flexible and secure to keep all our sensitive information protected. Its ease of use has enabled us to submit data across our organization. We are more organized and tasks can be assigned easily and keep track of them. We can prioritize tasks from the most important which has enabled us to increase our ROI and productivity at the same time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As more departments continue to embrace Smartsheet. productivity is increasing and we are not planning t switch from using the tool. I have nothing i dislike about Smarsheet.

You will find yourself going for bigger visions and achieving more than ever before. All your projects is managed and organized nicely and increased productivity is one of the key things that you notice. Teams can collaborate at real-time and you can make decisions based on the data received on the reports. I highly recommend using Smarsheet.

I like how SmartSheets moves employees away beyond solitary Excel files and into a setting where they retain control while sharing a single copy of any report they make. There will be no more numerous copies of the very same spreadsheet shared by various persons. I like how normal users can generate extremely nice reports and that it was all on the web, so there is no need for servers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only criticism of SmartSheets would be that I wish it could link to the records found on our SQL server. The present system only allows for native filling by copy / paste, which would be more tough to keep track with as compared to dynamic or recurring data plan.

Employees will be required to utilize Excel, which may cause a slew of issues, most notably the existence of reports or computations that individuals are unaware of, although with SmartSheet, the whole department could observe what was happening and remark if anything is inaccurate.
