What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a very beneficial software for assigning and tracking the projects progress just like spreadsheet with some added and flexible features. One of the more highlighted features includes reminder notification which keeps your team working on schedule.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It allows a smaller number of documents to be uploaded per ticket rest has to be uploaded manually. And access of file can鈥檛 be given to any individual without providing access to the whole team. Other than that, no free versions are available and the costs of its basic package is very high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform is not just a task or productivity app but its a whole new opportunity to connect with others and expand your organization by achieving even more. It allows you to communicate, manage and report to work in real time which automates the workflow and create new processes at scale.

This is the easiest to use and most intuitive software you will ever get, all team members learning to use it immediately and quickly and almost automatically, the work was executed more efficiently without any hiccups.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way in which day-to-day functions can be automated is great; I can schedule reminders to be done automatically by Smartsheet, so I can notify my colleagues of daily or weekly functions they need to do. I can also see the changes that have been made to the sheet and who in my team has made them; and if I want to see the content prior to the change made, with the Cell History action I can do it, so I am aware of all the progress of the tasks performed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When there are many projects and lines on the sheet it can be overwhelming, which would be nice if you can group the sheets of the same project. Its mobile version does not compare to the web version, it is very deficient and lacks many of the functions and tools that you can have when you sit at the computer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The whole work team has found it quite useful, the workflow has improved considerably and tasks that used to become tedious and routine, such as remembering weekly reports and notifying the delivery of daily tasks, are now done automatically. For this reason for me Smartsheet is the best.

What makes Smarsheet stand out is the ability to allow collaboration across team members. As an organization, we were looking for a tool that could help us easily share what we're working on with team members, supervisors, and clients. For us, a project management tool that has a robust collaboration tool is the most successful, and Smartsheet shines in this area. It is important to note that not all project management tools have this ability because some only allow shaig individual pieces of work rather than sharing the whole of the entire project. Also, its ease of use and the range of features it offers make it a great tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet has a great team collaboration tool and allows us to easily share files, notes, and tasks within the same platform. With a centralized place for storing all these digital assets, it becomes easy to access data and share them. We are able to keep in touch and be on the same page. We can also keep up with the progress of each project. I love that multiple teams can share their presentations, files, or images simultaneously. The collaboration tool is highly customizable and gives s the freedom to add the collaboration features that we are using and remove those not in use. This has helped us to keep things simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What is challenging about the tool is the user interface that looks clunky and becomes difficult to analyze data. It was difficult to analyze data at a glance unless one generated reports. One is forced to manually view columns and rows which is a tough and time-consuming task.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartsheet is easy to use and suits well teams of all sizes. It comes with plenty of capabilities and features that are second to none. In terms of the value of money, Smarsheet is affordable. Their customer service is excellent offering guiding materials for new users.I highly recommend it for people who work on the go since it supports mobile applications and works really well.
