What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?
We started using SmartSheet to help our engineer with project planning and product ordering. The success of this implementation led us to implement it in other parts of the company. It has greatly improved our capability to monitor tasks and allocate resources.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Smartsheet's primary features include project planning and tracking, automation, and reporting, and its user interface is extremely adaptable and graphic. Smartsheet's project management capabilities are robust, enabling teams to accomplish a broad variety of tasks and getting rid of mundane routines.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish it could keep table-based drop-down menus updated automatically. Smartsheet does not do automatic backups, and data entry on forms has various restrictions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As the most cutting-edge platform for cross-departmental cooperation, Smarsheet has revolutionized the way businesses operate. Teams may handle a wide variety of tasks and still keep the firm running smoothly. Smartsheet's Gantt charts, file-sharing, and automation capabilities let teams move projects along efficiently and hold individuals responsible for their contributions.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?
Smartsheets is used company-wide for safe file sharing and workflow management. Everyone is immediately brought up to speed, and we are able to track who made what modifications, when they were done, and provide supporting evidence in the form of documents.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If you need to exchange sensitive information often across offices, this is a far more efficient alternative than sending encrypted emails. This is an excellent method for submitting requests and keeping track of approvals from several layers of management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When a system is already in place, making adjustments or updates might be difficult because of the need to modify every occurrence of that adjustment or update. With 20 centers, we frequently need to make a dozen or more copies of every change.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It makes sense to be able to communicate with others who are using the same application. When dashboards are set up, all the information that is regularly accessed may be easily accessed. The ability to have numerous tabs open in Smartsheet at once is quite useful. However, this isn't an option in every software.

What do you dislike most about this product?
Uploading and locating files in smartsheet is the biggest pain I鈥檝e dealt with. It is so unorganized and trying to find one document on a page that at times has hundreds uploaded is near impossible. The whole file integration system needs to be reworked in my opinion.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Would recommend another product in all honesty.
