What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Creating Gannt charts, so I am able to maintain organization when working on a project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike at the moment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good tool for project management. It helps you maintain organized and on top of the projects progress.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Within the group, we now have a unified location for working together. We find it quite satisfying to be able to divide up the work across the team and organize our efforts so that we make the most efficient use of everyone's time. It allows us to monitor development, delegate work, and notify people when things are due.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet's simplicity is one of my favorite features. It resembles an Excel chart and allows for simultaneous edits by many users. Not only are projects but also portfolios easier to manage with the help of automated processes, forms, and summaries, as well as the option to build reports and dashboards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Smartsheet's Gantt Chart printing is the only thing holding me back from using it. Depending on the size of the project, the printout can be a hassle to share because it spans numerous sheets.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Instantaneous interaction, complete visibility into all project channels, simple development of tools to collect input data and tailor output data, and an effective method of managing a number of projects at once in a portfolio setting.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Smartsheet does offer us to work at the same time on multiple platforms because I can understand it multiple features and also its features bit complex to use. The only issue I normally is the issue of network, when the connection is not strong this software tends to hide some functionalities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet tool also provides a very nice mobile platform and applications to work while traveling, we use the professional paid version to cover all the features we need and we are no longer available in the free version. We can easily work on several large construction projects and the collaboration function has helped our productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike about this software is that there are so many limitations when it comes to building out metrics, sheets, and reports because it is difficult to manage to its all functions and features. Smartsheet is great software for project management, but it is a little expensive. This price sometimes becomes the deal breaker for this software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartsheet is the most complete software for a professional worker. It has many option template which they will fit your need to each template. Smartsheet software is very easy to learn and the use of resources offers a lot of features in one place to collaborate between multiple groups. I strongly recommend this product to companies, large and small business.
