What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?
The reports are much more customizable than Excel and produce a more attractive deliverable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customizable reporting and web-based storage.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes a little while to retrain your brain when coming from a product like MS Excel, but once you figure it out, it works well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have someone who knows the product give a tutorial rather than trying to figure it out yourself. The links work a bit differently than other products, so it takes some explanation.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?
You as a user can have the best user experience in relation to survey making. It is highly flexible and adaptable in nature which is a big plus for the users. Tracking system high competency gives you the opportunity to save your time and efforts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When making the surveys for different purposes this platform is very easy to use and helpful at the same time. It works on different devices which proves the fact that it is highly flexible and adaptable in nature. Plus, the tracking system is quite efficient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For the external project collaborators, there are very limited features available in the platform which makes the work quite difficult and hard. Plus, the updates feature is not up to the mark as it is slow in nature and has compatibility issues as well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There should be more features and options for the external collaborators as it makes life easier for the users. The updates should be timely and highly compatible in nature.
