What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

It reduce manual effort by doing automation, easy to attach spreadsheet with project tracking tools for better collaboration. Seamless and robust integration with Microsoft 365. It has inbuilt customisable dashboard and reports. It ensures high level security by giving role based access.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pre inbuilt templates saves time and improves productivity. Tracking of team workload and availability very easy. Monitoring of project progress and matching the deadlines. Using of inbuilt forms to collect the data from clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not suitable for large projects because it slow down the performance sometimes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartsheet has various functionality or features. Well suitable for small & large organisations.

Nothing...I love smart sheet for tracking deliverables. I use this in place of basic excel.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take all the training so you can take full advantage of all the functionalities.

Smartsheet has excel like interface but with advanced features which differentiates it from other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Smartsheet is its flexibility and automation capabilities. It allows to setup projects in many ways and also gives you the ability to set up automated workflows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't dislike anything as I believe it to be a flawless product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend this product to other project managers who are looking for a productive project management tool.
