What differentiates Shopify from other similar products?
Being a leader, shopify is giant in terms of functionality providing. Most of the features are not omnipresent.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
More features, easy UX, easy implementation and integration.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer service. As it is going bigger the amount of customer queries solved are getting decreased.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your organization can learn the troubleshooting early and is fast to work on bugs, you can use Shopify. However, if your dependency is huge, you might be stuck with the customer queries.
