What differentiates ServiceNow IT Operations Management from other similar products?

It has a very modern layout, the system feels quicker in response to other applications I have used, I feel it is really easy to create your own specific reports and enables you to freely manage a team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I feel the layout is the best I have come across, I also think it is great how easy it is to use for procurement, reporting and even as a ticketing solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I cannot say I dislike this product at all, I know it is more expensive than others but you get what you pay for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have the budget then go for it as it is probably the best of the lot!
