Since I haven鈥檛 used any other software before Selenium, my perspective is entirely shaped by my experience with it. What stands out to me is Selenium's versatility and open-source nature, which allows it to be customized and adapted to fit a wide range of testing needs. The ability to work across multiple browsers and platforms without additional cost is a significant advantage. Its strong community support also makes it easier to find solutions, share ideas, and troubleshoot issues quickly.

Selenium integrates with multiple programming languages, making it a flexible web browser testing tool to use for developers. Its ability to interact with a variety of web elements like text fields and buttons, is critical when simulating users web browser behaviours or trying to automate end to end user testing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Selenium works with multiple languages , it is open source and free to use. It boasts almost flawless integration with CI/CD tool like Jenkins and with a BDD tool like Cocumber. Therefore, making it easier to obtain real time reports of executed test scenario cases.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is little to no community support for users of this tool. Also, struggles to automate captcha challenges .
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For testing web applications, Selenium is a tool I recommend. Primarily because of its open source nature .
