What differentiates Seismic Learning from other similar products?
The way to created your training resources is simply so efficient! It鈥� terribly straightforward for a new hire to understand the training path they need been assigned, and all is completed individually, so nobody needs to be checking your progress and you鈥檙e not slowing down anyone if you have got to repeat a particular lesson.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the convenience of using their interface. Everything is set out quite easy among their interface. You鈥檒l be able to simply add new users or check on their development within the system. Reports are straightforward to access and supply to colleagues or management. The creation system is what seals the deal. It鈥� easy to induce a hang of after you鈥檝e created a lesson or two. It鈥� additionally super straightforward for outside users to adopt and start to form their own content.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I鈥檝e encountered some issue wherever a specific assignment was repeatedly assigned to me even once completion. I鈥檓 unsure if it had been the product issue or if the Admin team did reassign me similar coaching again and again.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I鈥檇 consider it immediately! Even if you don鈥檛 have a lot of content laying around, you鈥檒l be able to start with bare bones and permit your staff to go in and facilitate building the structure with you. Make sure that you get executive buy-in because their opinion and drive can help adoption go over effortlessly.

What differentiates Seismic Learning from other similar products?
It's very user friendly, doesn't take long at all before you can create your own lesson from scratch, and use dynamic fields to keep it interesting!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How light and digestible it can make learning new content.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish the design of each page was a bit more customizable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need a tool for internal or external trainings that's easy to use and never intimidating, this is the one for you.
